Ember is a bold single origin coffee from the highlands of Aceh, Takengon, Sumatra, produced by the Koperasi Baitul Qiradh Baburrayyan cooperative. Crafted using Indonesia's traditional wet-hulling process, it delivers a rich, syrupy body with notes of dark chocolate, dried fruit, gentle earthiness, and a long, satisfying finish. Low in acidity and full of depth, it's a coffee that invites you to slow down and stay awhile.
